We are Commitment to Integrity, Transparency, and Investor Protection

Governance and Compliance

Our Commitment
Our Commitment
At InvestAfrica, governance and compliance are at the heart of everything we do. Through our flagship programme — the Agricultural and Real Estate Investment Discovery Program (AREIDP) — we provide structured, transparent, and professionally governed access to investment opportunities across Africa, with a strong focus on Nigeria.
We understand that investing in emerging markets requires clarity, discipline, and trust. Our governance framework is designed to protect investors, uphold ethical standards, and ensure that all opportunities presented through AREIDP meet clearly defined verification and disclosure criteria.

Our Role: Investment Discovery, Not Fund Management
InvestAfrica operates strictly as an investment discovery and facilitation platform.

We do not pool, manage, custody, or invest client funds

We do not act as fund managers, brokers, or financial advisers

All investment decisions are made independently by participants

Our responsibility is to identify, verify, curate, and present credible agricultural and real estate investment opportunities in a structured and transparent manner.

Project Verification
Project Verification & Due Diligence Framework
All projects presented under AREIDP undergo a structured verification process before being listed or introduced to investors.

Our Due Diligence Process Includes:
Corporate verification of project sponsors and developers
Review of land title and ownership/control documents
Desktop legal and regulatory checks
Physical site inspections (where applicable)
Risk assessment and internal scoring
Clear disclosure of identified risks and assumptions

Completion of due diligence does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee. It is designed to provide investors with better visibility and informed access, not investment assurance.

At InvestAfrica, trust is earned through structure, transparency, and discipline — not promises

Our governance framework exists to protect investors, uphold credibility, and position Africa as a destination for serious, well-structured investment capital.

Only developers and project sponsors that meet AREIDP’s minimum governance standards are considered for listing. Key requirements include:

Willingness to submit to independent verification

Transparency in project structure and disclosures

InvestAfrica reserves the right to decline, suspend, or delist any project that fails to meet or maintain these standards.

Investments in agriculture and real estate carry inherent risks

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results

Market, regulatory, execution, and macroeconomic risks may apply

Investors are encouraged to seek independent legal, tax, and financial advice

AREIDP provides access and insight — investment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the investor.

InvestAfrica maintains strict internal controls to manage conflicts of interest, including:

Clear separation between verification, listing, and promotional activities

Transparent disclosure of any referral or listing fees

No acceptance of undisclosed inducements or commissions
