We are Commitment to Integrity, Transparency, and Investor Protection
Governance and Compliance
We do not pool, manage, custody, or invest client funds
We do not act as fund managers, brokers, or financial advisers
All investment decisions are made independently by participants
Our responsibility is to identify, verify, curate, and present credible agricultural and real estate investment opportunities in a structured and transparent manner.
At InvestAfrica, trust is earned through structure, transparency, and discipline — not promises
Our governance framework exists to protect investors, uphold credibility, and position Africa as a destination for serious, well-structured investment capital.
Developer Onboarding & Listing Standards
Only developers and project sponsors that meet AREIDP’s minimum governance standards are considered for listing. Key requirements include:
Verifiable corporate registration and ownership
Demonstrable land control or development rights
Willingness to submit to independent verification
Transparency in project structure and disclosures
InvestAfrica reserves the right to decline, suspend, or delist any project that fails to meet or maintain these standards.
Investor Responsibility & Risk Disclosure
All AREIDP participants acknowledge that:
Investments in agriculture and real estate carry inherent risks
Past performance is not a guarantee of future results
Market, regulatory, execution, and macroeconomic risks may apply
Investors are encouraged to seek independent legal, tax, and financial advice
AREIDP provides access and insight — investment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the investor.
Ethical Standards & Conflict Management
InvestAfrica maintains strict internal controls to manage conflicts of interest, including:
Clear separation between verification, listing, and promotional activities
Transparent disclosure of any referral or listing fees
No acceptance of undisclosed inducements or commissions
Equal information access for all investors within the same programme tier
Regulatory Awareness
While AREIDP is not a regulated investment fund or brokerage, our operations are designed to align with:
Nigerian corporate and commercial laws
International best practices for investment facilitation
Anti-fraud, AML awareness, and ethical business conduct standards
Where required, we collaborate with licensed legal, tax, and financial professionals.
Continuous Monitoring & Oversight
Governance does not end at listing. We maintain ongoing oversight through:
Periodic project updates from developers
Investor feedback loops
Re-verification where material changes occur
Annual review of listed opportunities.
